Together, we identify suitable candidates directly from universities and public driving schools. Our focus is on skilled trades and the training and placement of professional truck drivers.
Language Skills and Personal Interviews
All candidates have German language skills at A2 to B1 level. Before placement, we conduct personal interviews with each candidate to discuss their expectations, questions, and goals regarding life and work in Germany. This helps ensure that both employers and employees are a good match.
Support from Start to Arrival – and Beyond
After a successful match, we guide both our clients and candidates through every step of the bureaucratic process:

All placed candidates are directly employed by our clients and commit – also in agreement with the Uzbek Labor Migration Agency – to working with the assigned company.
Required qualifications, such as the TQ1 for truck drivers, are offered by local training providers in Germany. We are happy to assist you in finding a suitable provider.

Uzbekistan as a Country of Origin
Uzbekistan is not a country that receives much media coverage, but it boasts a long and diverse history and is currently experiencing rapid population growth. As a former hub of the Silk Road, its culture is shaped by diverse influences, and the population remains linguistically gifted. The majority of the population is Muslim and adheres to a very family-oriented and hospitable philosophy. Many government reforms in recent years are intended to raise the education and training system to international standards and promote labor migration to various countries, such as South Korea, Japan, and Canada.
